The Mission
Subarctic Angling was created for the northern angler, where our climate and landscape shape who we are and the opportunities that are available to us. Our goal is to provide northern anglers with the information, advice, and media that will inspire them to get outside and enjoy our beautiful landscape, while respecting and conserving all that it has to offer.
The Name:
Subarctic refers to the climate zone that stretches coast to coast across Canada. Short summers and long winters shape who we are, the waters we fish, and the opportunities we are presented with.
